Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose is expressive and lively with aromas of citrus and white flowers. The acidic notes on the palate highlight the beautiful balance perceived on the palate.
Food and wine pairings
Excellent as an aperitif or with a seafood platter for example. Can also be enjoyed with cheese.
